Happy Easter everyone! Easter Bunny, Chocolate, Jelly beans, Chocolate, Little Chic peeps, Chocolate, Eggs to find, New dresses to buy, chocolate, It seems that Easter has become so commercial. The main idea is to buy candy for your kids and let them eat it all day long. That sounds greatbut the real reason is lost in all of the hype. Jesus Died and was risen from the dead. His job was complete on the cross. When Jesus said it was finished and he died he meant just that. His job to totally erase people sins was done. His part was the hard part. Our part is the other, We must ask Jesus to take away our sins and then we need to listen to Him and follow Him. This Easter season if you have not asked Jesus into your heart do so now. and let him change you on the inside. Have a great week celebrating the risen Lord.
This week in Mpact our girls will be reaching out and ministering in a very different way. During their classes they will be putting together braclets that tell the salvation message. These bracelets will then be given to our missions teams to take and pass out to anyone. My hope and prayer is that all the bracelts find the right arm to be on and they are used to tell the gospel message for a long time to come. Way to go girls on helping tell people about Christ.

onight we are having our spaghetti dinner starting at 5pm cost is $4.00. 3 & 4 yr old are only $2.00 and kids under the age of 2 are free. Come out for a great time of fellowship and help our kids raise money for BGMC (Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge). After we eat we will start the children's ministry awards they have worked hard in Royal Ranger and Mpact over the last several months and have earned several awards. we will give those to the kids tonight. As well our Puppet team will be doing several songs.One of the songs called "Made to Love they did at a one way street competition and received a gold award. Come be ministered to and enjoy a great night for our kids.
It is a wonderful day outside the snow and sleet is falling and I am stuck in the house SICK!! ARGH. I have however decided that it is all good I have sat on my couch letting my kids get me a drink and feeling miserable. It really is not that bad. I do not get sick very often but when I do I get sick. Praying that I feel better in a day.
